College History

Tapacharya, Hem Kunwar Rasik Lal Dhariwal Jain Girls College is located in the heart of Raman Mandi. This college was started in the year 2002 by Jain Tapasya which makes the history on the Tapobal. The devotees and people of Raman established a degree college and dedicated it to their daughter with great faith and devotion. This college is now prospering under the guidance of Dr. Ravi Rashmi Ji Maharaj. It is affiliated to Punjabi University, Patiala in 2008 for the courses B.C.A., B.Com, B.B.A., B.A., P.G.D.C.A., M.Sc. (IT), M.Sc. (IT) LE, M.Sc (Fashion Disigning), M.A. Punjabi History. The college has highly qualified staff.

M.A. The College has a creative Fashion Designing laboratory, where the students will transfer the thoughts of their mind and heart to necessary documents. This laboratory helps the students, using their creativity to bring science to design for society.

The College has spacious & airy classrooms, well equipped computer labs, a well stocked home science lab, a well furnished Digital Library that has latest books periodicals, newspapers to enrich the knowledge of students, a big playground, grand canteen. Entrepreneurship unit was started 100 that college students can start their own business To control the drug menace might from the grassroots to introduce a "Buddy Group" programme. This group conducts various competitions on social issues among the students.

The College has a creative fashion designing Laboratory, where the students will transfer the thoughts of their mind and heart to necessary documents. This laboratory helps the students, using their creativity to being science to design for society.

The college also provides transport facility for the convenience of the students. Keeping in view the needs of students the college have to provide hostel facility.

The college is known for its achievement in sports, cultural activities. The college organizes NSS camp to inculcate the social values among the students every year. Special emphasis is laid on the moral values of all round development of the students.
